Local Database Version

This version of ArrayTrack is for sites that have their own ArrayTrack database external to NCTR. Other users should use the version which uses the NCTR database.


ArrayTrack is an integrated software system for managing, mining, and visualizing microarray gene expression data. This software has been developed by the Center for Toxicoinformatics at the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is continuously updated.

Installing and Running ArrayTrack

You can request a distribution DVD by sending an email to wtong@nctr.fda.gov.
